I’ve been a client of Taj Solicitors for the past 14 years. I came to the UK as a minor, and after a long, difficult journey with the Home Office, I was finally granted my status in 2020 under the 10-year private route. I recently became eligible to apply for my Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) after 5 years — and today, I’m so happy and grateful to say that my ILR has been granted. I honestly have no words to describe how much Taj Solicitors have helped me get to this stage in my life. It truly wasn’t easy — but their constant support, effort, and hard work made all the difference. I can’t thank them enough, especially Toklis Miah, who was my caseworker from the very beginning. Toklis has been absolutely amazing. Every time I had a question, a worry, or any doubt, he was always there — patient, understanding, and reassuring. disgusting, they took my mothers money a few years ago. my mum called today trying to complain to them regarding that and service was poor. instead of dealing with it smoothly, kept declining call and hanging up when faced with confrontation. they took £300 - no compensation. furthermore, he kept lying to me saying this would happen and he’d make my case work out yet none of that happened at all. I was lied to. Do not trust them at all disgusting haram company taking money from a single mother and scamming her out

Taj Solicitors have handled my families application since 2019, and have been amazing. Without a shadow of a doubt, the absolute worst group of lawyers and people. They do not care about the clients or their needs. I paid £70 for a consultation that lasted 17 minutes with no advice or recommendation. Taj promised he would follow up but never did. Please DO NOT waste your money with these unprofessional and disrespectful and disgraceful people. First of all, the receptionists have no clue, no customer service skills, and just plain rude. They are very slow, unhelpful, quick to start an argument with you rather than try help you. I walked into their office and they wanted my card payment before I even said a word. The solicitors and lawyers do not uphold the law nor do they care about the clients. While waiting I heard them talk about people’s cases along with their names and spoke about personal matters. The Taj lawyer is the worst one, with no values and does not keep his word. They are by far the worse group of people I have met with no brains or processes in place. Its a typical cow boy office. Avoid at all costs.
Went for a consultation with taj himself, before you can even say hello to the receptionists they ask you cash or card? For the £70 consultation they charge for NOTHING, after wasting my time and effort meeting with this unprofessional person, taj said he will get back to me 2 weeks ago and nothing, no response and no help towards what I went to see him for in the first place. Oh and one thing. Client confidentiality doesn’t exist in their office, he told me about other people cases and telling me their names and where they live. Shows your business isn’t safe here. Do not waste your time and money with this solicitors. I will be back for my money mate.
