I phoned Russells with a simple request, but having taken my details over the phone, no-one from Russells came back to me (even though I explained that it was urgent). It doesn't inspire any confidence in their customer service.
Not good and the level of communication was poor. Emails were left unanswered and the delays were surreal. It caused stress and worry having Russells act for us.
I walked into Russells solicitors to witness my signed papers to contest some unpaid PCN fines that our great local council had been sending to an old address despite changing my address with the DVLA many months ago! They charged £5 for this service and I’ll definitely be exploring a claim against the council now that I have evidence from the council itself that it was incorrectly sending PCNs to old address data!

Great, personal service for our house purchase. Kept in touch lots, and when the other side created some complications out of the blue, they not only dealt with the situation, but reassured us continously as well, hugely reducing the potential stress.
