   By the time I had contacted Nelson Guest & Partners, my Court case issues had proceeded apace. Kenya Freitas acted quickly and decisively to unravel the various strands. This involved clarifying complicated events that had occured over about 2 years. Kenya liaised with the Police, Magistrates Court, the Nelson Guest & Partners legal defence agent in Medway, and was successful in obtaining Legal Aid for me. She carried out research, analysed the options available, and advised me on all the steps I needed to take. Kenya was instrumental in getting a fair outcome for me. The work carried out by the Nelson Guest & Partners legal defence agent, Wayne Crowhurst, on the actual trial day was also very impressive. My levels of anxiety and stress were very high during the almost 2 years series of events, but, from March 2025, when Kenya became involved I improved psychologically when I realised all the correct actions were being put into place. I am very grateful to Kenya for all the professional support and guidance that she provided.
