WARNING Made multiple basic errors e.g. quoted the Disability Discrimination Act in a letter of claim instead of the Equality Act, then strongly implied it was their clients' duty to discover such error when I pointed it out, stating “this is the reason that we send the drafts of the letters to Client's first; to ensure everything in the letter is correct and amendments can be made”. I only caught the error because I asked ChatGPT to review the letter on a whim, which was pure luck. Cancelled a meeting I scheduled in order to build trust and blamed it on my disability related-difficulties with communication, of which they were aware. Following my raising of concerns, they falsely claimed I owed them over £2000 for work done, despite our agreement explicitly stating they would only undertake work after payment was received. This successfully intimidated me from taking further action for a long period of time. This was all with the knowledge that I am extremely vulnerable (they argued that I meet the definition of disability) and was clinically traumatised by the defendant they were supposedly representing me against. Beware. (RE the response) All this was put to them directly. They cancelled the scheduled meeting to discuss and then refused to reschedule.
Supportive knowledgable & honest. I was contacted by NorthFird solicitors after putting a query on Lawbid. I was offered a consultation that lasted 30 minutes & was completely free. Mr Islam Salmaan offered me a thorough explanation of my situation from a legal point of view. He covered all aspects of the case. He gave time for questions on my side. At the moment, I have decided not to pursue the legal route but if I were to pursue it, I would definitely consider them.

My name is Yamina Bachir and I have instructed Northford solicitor on a complicated case, I so wish I have never done it. The first conversation with Me Salman was so positive in terms of the cost ,service and case management, sort of fishing the client , once you make the payement everything change. No empathy, very poor service and big unexplained charges and costs . My case has not even been to court as I have to pull out . I was legally misguided , badly treated and ended up with a 4 digits bill without even receiving the service agreed on my first conversation with Mr Salman. I has a complicated case and the firm was aware since my very first conversation, Mr Salman and Ms Moumtaz had my case , the only thing I could say about them is : I wouldn’t never recommend them and I would strongly advise any client not to use their services .
