Highly recommend. Bryan and his colleague, Billy, are very friendly and professional and know exactly what they are doing. They have just cleaned our large Victorian roof cupola from outside, all our sash and case windows, outside and inside, and all our internal glazed doors and panels. Bryan and his guys are the best! We’ve used them 4 times now, they give a great external clean to our second floor flat windows and they are amazing value! Recently they came really urgently as we needed our place photographed, they are so responsive and accommodating and left our windows looking great. Really recommend!
Fed up. We cancelled this service last year because the cleaners didn't turn up on the days agreed. They turned up when it suited them. We emailed to cancel. They then showed up one day insisting we'd booked gutter cleaning- nope, told them we actually cancelled them altogether months previously. We've now told them 3 times in person because they keep showing up randomly. One time they climbed over our back gate/fence. I have plants on that fence that could have been damaged. We lock the gate, but would unlock it on days we arranged for them to come. Since we weren't expecting them, it was locked. The annoying thing is, we need a window cleaner but I won't use these guys. The quality of cleaning was not great either. If I get a response, please leave me an email (not the one on your website) if you wish to discuss further. I expect to see you again at our door whether we want you or not, apparently.
Bryan and his team recently completed a roof clean at my detached property. We were a bit apprehensive considering our roof is very old so we didn't get our hopes up too much. Bryan personally arrived to carry out a patch test prior to work taking place, and offered expert advice as to which method we should use based on the condition of our roof. The soft wash was done and chemicals applied shortly after and we are absolutely delighted with the results. Not only does the roof look great, we should hopefully get a bit longer out of its lifespan. Any Level were extremely professional throughout the entire process and we would recommend them to anyone. They also cleaned out the gutters after work was carried out (an added bonus!) Attached photo shows our roof after clean.
