Picked up my daughters wedding dress last week after dry cleaning and was so disappointed, there seemed to be no difference from handing it in to collection and at the cost of £95 was sooo disappointed, no personal service either, just a note on the dress to say they could do no more, again very disappointing

Was holding off writing a review in the hope Stay Press would reach out, a week later of trying to contact via phone and email to no avail so here it is. Had taken in king size mattress topper to be professionally cleaned in Haddington after my son was a little sick on it. Item collected 6 days later and when opened up, it appears nothing has been cleaned, stain still on it, didn't smell fresh or laundered, what appears to be pet hairs on it (we don't have any pets), and to finish it off are fresh dirt marks on it as if been dragged on floor. 27 pound for a shocking service with no response to email and struggling to get anyone on the phone.
Handed in my wedding dress at the end of July 2023 and was told it would take 8 weeks. Only received it back this week (April 2024 - 8 months later) after months and months of calls and chase ups. The dress was also not cleaned thoroughly and still had marks on it. Would not recommend for bridal dresses.
I have my ironing done due to a medical condition in my hands so I can't hold an iron. Staypress staff do a great job. The cost is very reasonable. Steven the driver is very helpful.
Excellent machines, clean space, good prices, 30 minutes to tumble dry 2 full loads of washing for just £3

Little laundrette in Musselburgh. Easy to access with lots of parking outside. Powder supplied for 50p per scoop. 4 medium washing machines and 1 large. 6 dryers also available, 1 of them out of order. A coin machine in premises to give you pound coins for your notes. I didn’t see anywhere to use cards for coins. £1 to dry for 20 minutes, £5 for a 30 minute wash. Washing machines looked a little used by now, rusty in a couple places. Nothing I could tell them to improve on.
A big thank you to Christine and the team for cleaning my wedding dress. It had some dirt on the bottom that cleaned off really well and looks like the day I bought it. Would recommend them to any Bride, very cost effective and done very quickly. Thanks again
