   After being with this company for over a year our cleaner became unavaible and despite having paid a service fee for all this time the company were extremely unhelpful andd unable to provide a replacement cleaner, or give any timeframe. We were advised we would have to wait weeks until they were able to hire new staff. It seeems they don't have the staff to be able to fulfill their obligations. We have cancelled and will be finding a new company and feel extremely let down.

   The office is always helpful and there is great communication from them. Our cleaner is wonderful. Very hard working and looks for jobs to do around the flat. She is always happy to carry out any particular tasks requested of her when she arrives and is very thorough. Most importantly, my elderly mum feels very comfortable and safe having her in the flat. I would definitely recommend The Home Maid agency to anyone looking for a regular cleaner. I did a lot of research of the many companies out there and I'm so glad we chose this agency.

   Fantastic service. Working full time and studying - and hating cleaning - meant approaching The Home Maid was a no-brainer. Was sent Zoe, and she’s amazing. I love looking around after she’s been and everything is sparkling and smells fresh. Nothing is too much, and she’s a lovely bubbly personality. James and Joanna are great and made sure I knew exactly what the process was. Really competitive rates - had used another company previously, but they were nothing in comparison.

   Moved to HomeMaid after a poor experience with another cleaning company which is national rather than local to Edinburgh / Scotland. The team listened to the issues we had previously and ensured the cleaner that we were assigned was a good fit. It’s been 3+ months now of weekly cleaning and we haven’t looked back. Karen leaves our flat spotless and does it in HALF the time our previous cleaner did. She’s flexible, communicates well and works efficiently. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service.
