I gave him a time that I was available and he said John would be with me at the agreed time. John arrived on time and did a fantastic job with the windows. I have been very impressed with the proactive, professional and great communication service. We very recently moved in our new flat and the windows needed a thorough clean. Very friendly and accommodated staff. The windows look great, clean and shiny. I would highly recommend Tony and his team.
