I have been coming to see Beth at Reflections in Fishponds and she is fantastic. I like changing my hair colour fairly frequently and she always gets it spot on. Also, my hair has never been in better condition due to the advice and treatments Beth has incorporated into my hair appointments - thank you!
Got a balayage done today by Cleo, and the service was amazing!! She’s super sweet, she’ll make you feel very welcomed. Same with Emma, she’s very sweet- will constantly check up on you. Overall, their service is excellent! The balayage looks beautiful and I’d say affordable too :)
Been coming here for a few months now and Emma's been amazing! I'm terrible at knowing what style I want or what looks good on me, but Emma's been fantastic at making up for that with her experience, great suggestions, and advice. She also checks in regularly to make sure i'm happy with how the cut's going! Happiest I've been with my hair for years!
First time going to Reflections to get my son's haircut, he really dislikes going to the hairdresser's and the stylist was really friendly, quick and made him feel comfortable. He said that he would like to go there everything now. Thank you so much.
Very upset. Had a wonderful cut with Jack in November, who has now left (Jack where are you I need to come to your new salon??). The lady I saw has cut a wonky and terrible fringe, I asked her for finger coils and she put no product in and just wrapped hair round her finger creating no coil and then some product to create utter frizz. I cant get my curls to bounce as she has cut it so flat! Had to cut it myself when I got home. Will never be returning! Also hair brush she used on me was disgusting and full of white product and other peoples hair. Reflections you should be ashamed!
Just had my hair coloured by the wonderful Emma! Only came in for roots but fancied a change and she kindly fitted me in! ♥️ Explained what was happening right the way through as always, such a brilliant hairdresser! love this salon and the girls are the best!
Had a full set of foils with Emma on Friday, she was amazing and talked me through everything, she ensured I was comfortable throughout the time I was there. She also ensured she gave me all the information to make sure my hair stayed healthy. There are others who are training too who Emma have perfect instructions and allowed the to watch the process of her colouring my hair, this showed me what a great leader and teacher to was to the other girls. Nothing was too much of a problem. Can’t wait to come back ! Thank you Emma and everyone else at fishponds reflections! - Eva xx
Jolie, who has been cutting my hair for many years, is an excellent hairdresser always friendly and very knowledgeable. The rest of the salon staff are also great. It’s always a pleasure visiting the Fishponds branch
Thank you Phoebe! I’m so happy with my haircut! I have always struggled to find a hairdressers where I don’t feel overwhelmed and who knows how to style and cut my thick frizzy hair. I was welcomed and felt instantly at ease, I was offered a coffee or tea and was seated straight away. Lovely and professional atmosphere, I will definitely be coming again. I would definitely recommend
