My oven was cleaned to a good standard, however I chose Oven Wizards over their competitors because their website states that changing bulbs is included: "We can also replace oven bulbs and cooker hood filters, ensuring a full service for complete customer satisfaction. Prices are fully inclusive with no hidden extras." They then wanted to charge me an extra £5 despite their website stating that a single oven costs £50 to clean with no mention of extras. This is misleading for potential customers. When I brought this to their attention, they still didn't off to replace the bulb, hence the review.
I contacted David upon recommendation. David was punctual, friendly and professional. The oven and hob now look clean and hygienic- so much better and I think they were fitted over 20 years ago. A great job especially with the pot stand which had congealed burnt remnants all over. David was also helpful in cleaning up the casing of the oven light so this will be brighter. Thank-you.
