   I Called D&A Laurence a week ago to ask for a quote for cleaning a victorian conservatory, Darren called back shortly afterwards and secured a date to visit,Darren arrived on time and carried out what was an exceptionally difficult job to an exacting standard, he truly went above and beyond of what was expected,im truly thrilled at the absolutely fabulous finish to the Job, Darren also offered and helped me get extremely heavy planters back into the conservatory from outside, It's very rare nowadays to get truly great customer service,I will most definitely be getting D&A Laurence to complete more projects , Would most definitely recommend to everyone.    I scheduled D & A Lawrence for an oven clean and I was extremely pleased with the final finish. The conversations with them was straight forward and I was pleased with their terrific service and how quickly everything was done. The person in the office I chatted with was very professional and gave me a price for the cleaning straight away. We were completely satisfied with the standard of the job - all of it was totally cleaned so there was not any oil or fat anywhere left in the oven. As a bonus they demonstrated to me how to stop the build up of fat and residue in the future!!
