   I strongly advise avoiding this company. Our sale is on the verge of falling through solely due to the mishandling by Katie and Ismael. If either of them is assigned to your case, consider it a major red flag. Me being not your client does not mean that your solicitors are incompetent. But well done finding time to reply to a review but you would not find time to reply to multiple emails from my solicitor.

   Outstanding service from Shelsea and Phil at the Bexleyheath branch, thank you so much! I had the displeasure of having to complete a lease extension in conjunction with my sale, hindered by a difficult solicitor working for the management company, with the added problem of pushy buyers whose own solicitor was unresponsive. Luckily I had Apex on my team to help me through an incredibly stressful time. Shelsea and Phil were both extremely knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and fought tirelessly to push my sale to completion as quickly as possible. They were also very kind and helped me laugh my way through a few periods when I was at my wits end with the buyers team which really helped as I felt cared for as a person as well as a client. I've already agreed with my partner that, when we're ready to buy, we'll be appointing Apex to do our conveyancing. Absolutely brilliant, thanks again Shelsea and Phil!
