   From my first phone call I was so positive. I made an appointment which was for a consultation. Not only did I come away full of info I felt excited about my hair and we had such a laugh. A week later I had my extensions fitted and feel fab. You are are so much fun Lorraine and cannot wait to see you in January for a refit . Would absolutely recommend to make you feel fabulous xx

   I reached out to Lorraine after being repeatedly let down by my previous stylist. I’d followed her work for a long time and always thought how amazing her transformations looked, so when I found myself in desperate need of an appointment, I messaged her out of hours to ask if she could possibly fit me in as an emergency. She replied that same evening, completely understanding my situation, and invited me in the very next day. That’s where my hair journey with her began back in September. Since then, Lorraine has completely transformed my hair, not only in terms of styling and creating the colour I wanted with extensions, but also in improving the health of my natural hair with the products she uses and recommends. Her knowledge is outstanding, and the results speak for themselves. Her salon is spotless, welcoming, and genuinely client-focused. Lorraine takes such care with every person who walks through her door. She’s great fun to be around too, so every appointment feels less like a chore and more like a little treat and an experience from start to finish. What amazes me most about Lorraine is her compassion. I know people reach out to her during some of the lowest and most vulnerable points of their lives, especially those experiencing hair loss or going through treatment and she always gives them her time, care, and understanding.    I had never died my hair before coming to salon lareine and I am so glad I came here! Loraine is so friendly and welcoming, she asked me lots of questions regarding my hair care and rotuine to ensure that she had all the necessary information before dying my hair. I showed her the inspiration for my hair and she did exactly that! The results turned out amazing, it transformed my confidence and I am a whole new person thanks to her!!

   I was searching for someone in Bristol who offered curly hair extensions using a range of different methods. When I found Salon Lareine I was so excited Lorraine is absolutely amazing. She always delivers exactly what I pictured, and I have a great experience every time I go, she really takes the time to help me decide what will suit me best. Lorraine is so creative and full of great advice, but also makes sure to listen carefully to what I like. I always leave feeling confident and happy with my hair. I couldn’t recommend her more!

   Highly recommend!! This is my second visit at the salon and I can honestly say it has been amazing! The skills, service and attention to details that I receive from the salon owner. She knows what she’s talking about so I highly recommend you listen to her opinion. I had braidless weave with a micro pattern extension done Reine(the salon owner) and the result is unbelievable. I have Afro hair and it’s difficult to find a good hair salon that specialises in my type of hair. I am so so happy to have found this place. It’s not just a salon, she builds a lovely relationship with her clients in order to gain their trusts and give them the best and suitable experience. Thank you so much Reine! You are amazing!!☺️

   La Reine is truly The Queen of hair, my experience was brilliant from the moment stepping through the 200 year old arch way leading to the beautiful hair salon to engaging conversations and ultimately the only to be experienced hair treatment/styling. I learnt tips on maintenance and how to achieve the styles I have craved. Feeling pampered and radiant… my hair has never looked so good. Highly recommended

   I had a beautiful wig made from this amazing woman. The hair is super soft and shiny, the cap requires absolutely no adhesive which is incredible. She custom coloured it for me and I get loads of compliments on it, it’s truly stunning. Absolutely recommend this business to anyone going through any kind of hairloss, she’s so kind and approachable and has so many options to help you feel like you again!

   I had a wig created from this amazing company. The hair quality was insane & the colours beautiful. I love this wig so much as the cap construction requires no glue which is fab! Can’t rate them enough. Would be great for someone who has started to lose their hair. Very friendly approach & made me feel at ease with choosing a wig.
