   Booked to see Beccie last week following my cancer diagnosis and finding out I’m going to lose my hair. Beccie was extreamly knowledgeable of all things chemo and hair loss and very comforting to speak to. She explained all of my options and offered advice on the best way to go forward for me and my situation. The process was very personal and she got to understand my requirements and what I was looking for. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision there and then or to purchase or anything. I feel much more comfortable with a plan in place as just a small part of this horrible situation. I couldn’t thank Beccie enough.

   I’m so glad I found Ellie through Cocoa before my wedding! I have never had my make up done professionally before, nor do I wear it very often, and our trial put me totally at ease about the whole process and the result.    I went in for makeup for my graduation and Ellie was an absolute superstar. She was fun, cheerful and genuinely loves what she does. Which is making her client (me) feel comfortable and beautiful. We had a video call beforehand as I wanted to check if they can do makeup for my dark skin and she put me at ease immediately. She took the time to ask about my clothes and gown colours so she can match the makeup. On my arrival, everything was ready. I 10/10 recommend the Salon and Ellie and will definitely be back.

   Have had 2 hair cuts here. Both very good. Legs covered in hair both times despite over actively swiping legs with hands on both occasions, I was not offered a clothes brush or lint roller. Otherwise would have been a five star.
