   My Mum and I have been visiting Milano for nearly 15 years (which itself speaks volumes (no pun intended!)). Teresa, Danni, Cyndee Faye and Tilly are AMAZING, they are all incredibly talented at what they do and are all genuinely the nicest of ladies. The salon is immaculately clean and the service provided is of top quality, they are all very well trained at what they do. I honestly would not go anywhere else to have my hair coloured and cut. I highly recommend this salon and no matter which one of the ladies does your hair it is always of top quality!

   I went there for a "maintenance cut". To just cut a bit the dry ends and shorten a bit the front of my hair. The cut was awful. I'm used to the small disappointment after the new hairdresser tries to match what you have in mind but never fully get it (as expected. It must be really hard for them to understand exactly what we envision) But this was not the same. The haircut was uneven on the front. The stylist took SO MUCH LENGTH and gave me an UNWANTED fringe - also uneven. The haircut its anything but low maintenance and it seems they don't know how to deal with my kind of hair. With my natural curls the shape looks awful, it doesn't fit my hair, my face, or the basic requests I had. They have also taken ALL THE VOLUME I was so proud of. After this upsetting experience I got offered a complimentary appointment to try to fix my hair. But there was nothing to fit as it was too short to do anything about it.The hairdresser who assisted me the send day spent a few minutes helping me to style my hair so it’ll look better (basically they admitted it was very bad but there was again, nothing they could do about it) This nevertheless upset me even more as I specified I need a low maintenance haircut and thats not at all what I got. As a gym owner and coach I spend my day putting my hair up and down constantly and I don’t have time to style it or add bobby pins as suggested. I’m very uncomfortable about this situation as the only fix now it’s let it grow. And that takes time, on top of the daily time it’ll take me to style it now. But it doesn't matter how much I try it never looks good.I’ve spend the last couple of days trying to stile it for my sister graduation and some school seminars and I ended in tears way too many times. Pictures look awful. I understand it's just hair but my hair but my self confidence relies a lot on it. My hair used to make me feel confident. Not anymore. I had it hided on a messy bum since the first appointment, as on the first day people noticed the bad cut. This is why I decided to request a refund of the haircut, It got denied and I was ignored.

   First time being in a professional hair salon, the whole team made me feel comfortable. I booked in for a full hair cut with Teresa. Teresa is very welcoming and does what is best for you and your hair, she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and I couldn’t fault her methods! Thank you for helping me to trust a hairdresser again! I will definitely be back Milano!

   My daughter's hair cut was great on two occasions. Lovely hairdresser, Cindy. Great prices for kids. Very pleased with my hair colour. I like the atmosphere in this place. Beautifully decorated, not too fancy, honest service.

   I've been going to Milano for over 10 years and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience. Everybody is always lovely, my hair always looks stunning and I completely trust the stylists. THEY WILL NEVER SEND YOU OUT WITH HAIR THAT DOES NOT LOOK AMAZING! Always a 10/10 from me

   Went here for the first time yesterday after not being near a hairdresser for 6 months. Home dye jobs during lockdown had taken their toll and my hair was not in good shape. After a trip to Milano my hair looks the best it has ever looked. The colour is fantastic. I cannot recommend this place enough. On top of a really professional job on my hair, the whole salon was incredibly friendly. These guys are geniuses!!!

   My friend highly recommended that place I visited today to do a haircut and ombre. On the beginning I was a bit scared and felt strange because lost about 15cm of hair and got a fringe. But when I got back home I felt so refreshed and lovely. Worth the price. Love it. Thank you Chloe for your effort. Looking for to come back in the future.

   The whole family get their haircut/styled here. Mum, dad, and our 2 boys. Lily is our main contact but everyone there is lovely and do a great job. I doubt we will ever go anywhere else. Very reasonably priced too
