   Robbery. A bizarre pedicure process, blinded by the lovely conversation of the aesthetician, for a £40 pedi, my cuticles were not at all addressed, nails were not filed straight, the colour application was too thickly applied, not dried long enough, the top coat was so gloopy it was like a thick layer of gloss that didn't cover the colour underneath. My feet were then soaked (after my nails were painted?) but skin not filed because apparently it wasn't needed. Then the owner attempted to charge an extra £19 to remove my previous semi permanent polish that took no more than 5 minutes to remove. A note from the owner "I assumed you had that cheap chinese stuff on your feet". I was appalled and the £19 was reduced to £10 removal fee. For everything that wasn't done to my feet I can't understand why I was charged the initial £40. I asked for a receipt, "why?" was the response. Never trust an establishment with a sign sharing how cash is preferred. Why didn't I go back to complain? The rage disabled me from going back. Live and learn, I suggest if you're checking reviews, don't risk it if you are used to elegant pedicures correctly undertaken.

   Having gone for a massage with no idea to what would best suit me,the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Lauren was very welcoming and extremely professional, was made to feel relaxed,which is i guess was the point. Now having moved away from the area I can safely say I miss the massage. So thank you.

   Brilliant salon, lovely friendly atmosphere. I had my hair washed, a all over colour and blow dry to finish off. My appointment was with Holly & Oscar, they both did a fantastic job, 5 Star, would highly recommend. Thanks very much.

   I went to prim n proper and I was a model for Oscar. They were so lovely, made me feel so comfortable and was great to talk to. Considering it was there first Perm they were amazing and you really wouldn't be able to tell. I would 1000% recommend Oscar and Prim N Proper.

   Excellent and professional experience I booked my daughter in for a trim and restyle after a mobile hairdresser had completely messed up the cut. The stylist offered sound advice and my daughter walked away with a cut she was happy with. We will definitely be using this establishment in the future

   I recently made an appointment and paid 5 pound deposit.when I arrived for my appointment they informed me that the girl who was to do my hair did not work Wednesdays. It was the person who took my call who booked me with the hairstylist not me. On arrival they informed me that they had been trying to ring me. I do not stay by the phone all day. The receptionists attitude was very condescending towards me.What has happened to good customer service. I then managed to get my hair styled by a lovely hairdresser somewhere else who was very professional and her attitude was exceptional. Ithen went back to prim and proper to get my deposit back and spoke to the same girl who was totally unprofessional and not a very good advert for prim and proper. She stated i could not have my money back until later as the manager was on maternity leave and she could only authorise the refund. This is very poor management. They are too quick to take your money. She stated the manager would be in this evening and she would do it then but it would take 3 to 4 working days to get into my account. For me they are very unprofessional an never will i go there again. My family will also not use their services any more. FROM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

   My daughter has been twice to Prim n Proper now as the part of a Carnival Princess. The whole team there were extremely kind to her, all made the effort to compliment her and make her feel special. She now wants a pamper party here for her next birthday because they made her feel like a real Princess. Her hair was done beautifully and make up was absolutely gorgeous. I'm not girly in the slightest so it was really nice to see her enjoying being girly. Thank you to all.
