   Working with Tara is always an absolute pleasure. Having dealt with a number of different conveyancers on both sales and purchases, I can confidently say she has made the process by far the most seamless. Her knowledge is second to none, and her excellent communication makes everything clear and stress-free. Tara is always easy to get hold of and quick to respond, which makes a huge difference. I am certain that without her expertise, there would have been multiple occasions where purchases would not have completed. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

   Mr. Cain has provided the best legal advice and professional service to myself and my husband in the last 18 years. We have several properties and investments which Mr.Cain has handled with the utmost professionalism. I cannot for a second fault his advice which has saved me from making huge financial mistakes several times! He is a super busy gentleman but that’s because everyone needs him! Be patient and you will be rewarded. Couldn’t wish for a better gentleman to handle our affairs. He truly is a gentleman. Thank you a million times over.    From personal experience this man (Mr Cain, he won't disclose his first name) is arrogant, rude and unresponsive to emails and calls. His answerphone message is embedded in my memory due to the amount of time I have had to listen to it only to be cut off. Wish I had reviewed prior!

   If I could give negative stars I would. AVOID, Mr. Cain is not responsive, very rude to others, charge to reply to emails and hold a refund that does not belong to him. I have overpaid for estimate charges last year, I then found out how much the actual charges were, requested the £80 refund, chased him 3 times over the past month, never received any response. I guess Cain needs £80 pounds more than I do. He was also very rude to my solicitor and called her names. I have emails to prove if necessary. AVOID, there are way better and more professional people in this field out there.
