   What a gem of a company I was delighted to find this Company to do some cleaning for me.. My Cleaner was Anna and she was wonderful after introducing ourselves she worked non stop for the two hours and made an impressive job for the first visit. I will need her or a colleague to come back another time to finish what couldn’t get done on that day and would not hesitate to ask them back. I would definitely recommend Krystal Klear to anyone out there looking for work to be done they are excellent indeed…..also any dealings with Ola in the office have gone the way I was hoping it would go with good information about the service and very accommodating on date/ time etc when work needed doing… I can’t thank them all enough…Sylvia

   I contacted Krystal Klear and they were very prompt with their response. More than happy to help regardless of the short notice request. Even demonstrating their flexibility after I mistakenly booked in a date and had to change it on the same day I booked it. To me this should great professionalism. I proceeded to confirm a date and the girls that arrived, did so when stated. They got to work after establishing what was to be done. The girls were kind enough to say we had a lovely home that didn’t require any more than 2 hours - even though i stated between 3 & 4. This was really nice of them. Showed real class when they could have taken their time and been paid for the full 4. They ended up taken on or just under two hours, leaving the place spotless and worthy of the £40. If I decide to have this done regularly, there will be only one place for the me to go to and that is the girls at Krystal Klear. Thank you so much and keep up the great work.

   Best cleaners ever in West Lothian hands done! I've had some bad experiences with a couple of other companies but Krystal Klear have never failed me. Even when our usual cleaners can't come due to holidays etc they always find a replacement who are always amazing as well! Worth every penny and more I couldn't be without them. I struggle to clean due to my arthritis so they are literally a lifeline for my family and I. The house always smells amazing when they have been :)
