Before going on holiday, I booked an appointment online for a haircut. When I arrived today, I was told that your staff do not cut curly hair. I was genuinely astonished to hear this. You are a professional hairdressing business, and cutting hair – regardless of its texture – is the very foundation of your service. To have my appointment accepted online, only to be refused upon arrival, is not only deeply inconvenient but also extremely unprofessional. I had planned around this booking, and your failure to deliver left me without the service I needed and with a very poor impression of your brand.
25 pounds for this. The pictures speak for themselves. I have also attached the inspo. Identical right?? Not to mention that I have booked a cut& finish but his hair was not washed. Edit: After emailing them, we got a call back and he has received a full refund so I appreciate the great work the customer service team has done.

Amazing place and I always get my haircuts here, but one time I had to wait 4 hours to get my haircut ☹️ But staff are very friendly and they make you hair look stunning.

I have long thick curly hair and have never found someone who is able to give my hair what it needs. Most hairdressers wash, cut then straighten my hair before curling it with the straighteners....going against what my hair naturally wants to do. Emma worked with my hair and gave me a curly cut before styling it with my natural curl. I am over the moon and from now will only go to Emma. Who was also an all round lovely person.
Always had amazing service and all the staff are super friendly and always go above and beyond! Never had a bad episode in the 2 years I’ve been going there.
