   Im putting 5 stars so this gets pushed to the top. As I have previously worked in this salon I can confirm that what you see on the salon floor is fake. Behind the scenes the boss is rude, expects to much, can't stand up for herself with her staff and got the receptionist to let me go all because I didn't get the bosses clients coat on time (as i was making someone else a beverage) and because I couldn't listen out for when her hairdryer turns off in a room full of heardryers! Absolutely stupid! The staff told me to tell them and ask anything. Only for my personal life to be reported back to the boss and used against me when let go. Bare in mind, I never let my personal life effect my work. For a first time job working in a salon at the age of 16 (I'm now 18) the boss was rude and harsh and expected the un-doable. I got let go due to those reasons listed above whithin 3 weeks and the receptionist let me go! With the boss just sat there looking sheepish. Shows how much professionalism there is. I then asked as I was leaving if I could say goodbye to the staff and instead the receptionist opened up the front door and said I'll do it for you and practically shoved me out the door, closing it right behind me. Honestly the amount of disrespect that I got as I tried my hardest at that age was horrific. I have never cried so much after leaving a job each day. Every shift would end with me in tears as I told my parents how badly I was being mistreated. Not to mention, the boss gets personal packages sent to the salon and gets the apprentice to leave the salon to send them back. Unprofessional. Please don't fall for the lies you see on the salon floor. Just like all salon bosses say...it's a stage

   Lovely staff, especially the lady who washed my hair. The young receptionist was very sweet but spoke super quietly and felt bad asking her to repeat things. The older salon owner who did my hair was obviously well experienced but felt she gave me quite a mature looking boxy lego cut. Showed an image near the end of how I wanted it styled and she said it wasn’t possible. The girl in the pic had the same hair as me (mine is very wavy when it’s long) and looks more straight when it’s short. It just needed to be styled with a hot air hair styler brush instead of a hairdryer. To get the flicks. Felt she was quite rough when blowdrying at times too. Going to have a friend fix it. Would recommend her trying new techniques as younger generations want different looks.

   Really easy to book online, slick, clear, self explanatory. Friendly welcome by all who interacted with me, and a smile on entering at the reception. Gent’s wet trim with Molly. Good conversation without being banal. Hair nicely done, informed, explained and consulted throughout. Repeat customer gained for when I need my hair doing in Stroud.

   Used this hairdressers as I was away from London and needed cut and blow dry. Very friendly. Daisy did my hair and she was very good and Maria the owner very skilled. Would definitely use this salon again when in Stroud.

   Brilliant hairdressers. Staff very professional and friendly. Had two cuts now and a colour and the experience has been great, they listened to what I wanted, offered great advice and I left feeling amazing. Would highly recommend them.

   Great hairdressers. Took excellent care of myself and my daughter. Listened to what we wanted. Very friendly chatty staff, products used are top quality. Don't be worried about them getting scissor happy, the removed exactly what I asked! Clean salon, comfy chairs and well designed and presented. 5*
