   I got my ADHD diagnosis after 30 years with psyche therapy. I got this whilst on their wellness retreat in Greece. It was the most surreal and amazing experience I have had and I can’t describe the feeling I had when I was finally diagnosed after a very in depth evaluation in learning myself on a deeper level. I can’t thank psyche therapy enough and look forward to doing more with them in the future♥️

   I attended Psyche Retreats in Greece. What an experience. From the villa to the food to the therapists was amazing. I don’t notice the girl who first went to Greece to the girl I am now. Thanks to the follow up work also has been a massive help to me. The treatment didn’t just finish at the retreat. We went on amazing excursions, made some amazing people while I was out there and can not wait to go back. I loved every minute of it

   Had my first ever massage with Jodi today and it was quite literally amazing! She gave me a Swedish and Indian Head massage and both were heaven. Her massages relaxed me so much that I stupidly left my very sentimental necklace behind and she was kind enough to come all the way back after she closed to let me look for it. Can't recommend enough!!!!!!

   Jodi is absoloutely phenomenal at what she does! I received a full body Swedish massage and reiki yesterday and I had one of the best sleeps ever last night. I felt completely relaxed and I feel like I've had a full re-set. She is such a lovely, warm and genuine person and was professional and sensitive throughout. She really made me feel so comfortable and like I said, she is wonderful at what she does! Thank you so much and I will be back soon!

   I went there on the 21st of January for my birthday with a Groupon voucher, I didn't know what to expect as I've never done anything like that and I have to say I don't regret at all going there, the therapist that took care of me was lovely and explained me what treatments she does and what they're for, and once we decided on two, it was just amazing, I'll definitely be back.

   Honestly such a high quality of care! Can’t recommend it enough!! A safe place to work through your deep rooted issues with no judgment. Psyche therapy center helps me feel accepted, heard and understood and the therapists are amazing. I feel reassured that I am not alone and through working with the therapists I know that things will continue to improve for me.
