   We used Burroughs for our recent house purchase. They offer a competitive price for the area and a great service. They were very professional and made sure us as the buyers were protected, Burroughs found potential issues with the house and ensured they were resolved with as little cost to us as possible. While at times they may be hard to get hold of, rest assured they are working and doing a thorough job. Massive thanks to Sue, the Secretary, who was always extremely helpful and knowledgable and Liz our solicitor.

   Toby was great in helping us purchase our first home! It was a bit of a bumpy ride as we were purchasing another property, which unfortunately fell through, and just before Christmas we found another property and let Toby know as soon as, he ensured that he prepared things before the Christmas break, so that in January we could get off to a flying start. He was always proactive, attentive and ensured we exchanged and completed before our mortgage offer running out. Simon and Sue were also great whilst Toby was away and ensured they kept things moving along. We are so happy we went with Toby, we were always able to get through to him, he always answered our emails, he was amazing to work with! Thank you for helping us with our first home purchase. We would recommend Burroughs solicitors and will be using them again.

   When I was trying to find a solicitor to use for my divorce, I was trying to find one that was decently priced, & I wanted to find a solicitor that would be efficient & helpful. I went with Burroughs, & I’m so glad I did. Leigh-Anne was excellent, she was so good at getting everything done in good time, I felt like I was prioritised & I felt like she really cared about my case. She was super efficient, & she was absolutely lovely. Her secretary, Susan, was equally as lovely, & was always available to answer any questions I had. They both did such an amazing job with my case, & I’m actually going to miss talking to Leigh-Anne & Susan! Definitely recommended!

   My ex needed an ID1 form signed and completed and my divorce solicitor couldn't do it. We were running a very tight deadline so I started ringing up solicitors in maidstone, out of the 7 I rang only one could help and that was Burroughs, all the rest said they either couldn't do it or had nobody to do it. It almost felt like they were palming me off because its only a small job (verifying identity). The receptionist put my straight through to Toby whom made a free slot in his schedule the same day and booked us in. He was very polite and helpful and filled in the ID1 for my ex. Thanks Burroughs! You helped us both out at a very hard and stressful time.
