Starting cleaning my windows after a couple of times stopped showing up , text no answer I tried to call no answer communication terrible very unprofessional and unreliable. They would turn up then don’t come for months and then turn up definitely not great .
Impossible to obtain service from this company despite their assurances of commitment. Their extreme lack of communication is totally unprofessional.
Have used CS Window cleaners since they started and before that Craig cleaned my windows via his father's window cleaning compay! We are talking about nearly 15 years of service altogether so I can confirm that these guys are very decent! They fully respect their customers and are always polite and very helpful. They have cleaned inside of my windows and also my gutters. We also use them at our work premises and they clean for a few of my friends too. We would be lost without them! Thank you Craig & co for all your help over the years! Update 1 Aug 2024: They no longer regularly turn up, I have to chase them nearly every time. Not sure what is going on now? I'm looking at getting a different company as I feel they are no longer interested. Shame after all these years! They were nice guys but clearly don't care about us anymore....I suppose that's life! But I have been a very good and loyal customer, never complained, left a good review etc, I feel quite sad about this. I'm not sure why they treat me like this, wish I never left a good review or recommended them to my friends, so will remove my 5 star and give them 1 instead.
I reached out to CS Window & Gutter cleaning after continual no-shows from my previous window cleaner. Craig got back to me quickly and provided a quote based on photos I sent. He arrived to clean windows and sills exactly as promised the following week. We are in a new build and haven’t had the windows washed since we moved in 6 months ago due to living on a building sight. The standard of window cleaning was first class. The windows took ages to clean due to all the dust and debris on them but the chap worked away till he got it to a first class finish. I never expected the windows to look this clean first time round. I thoroughly recommend using CS Window & Gutter Cleaning LTD
Craig got back to me very promptly after I emailed for a quote. He was out the next day and did a great job, friendly, easy to set up payment and the house was looking good afterwards!
