   I used Reflections Keynsham for years, but stopped coming here due to a bad experience with hair colouring where the stylist turned my dark brown hair jet black! I tentatively went back again after a years break and asked for a colour expert, but once again had a bad experience, which left me in tears. The staff are lovely and friendly and give you a good cut, but in my opinion they are not good at colour. Once again, the stylish went way too dark with my hair and my lowlights are orange! I made a complaint and went back in and it was even worse! I had a holiday the next day and all my friends were shocked by my hair, and I had to spend the whole time with my hair in a ponytail! I was promised the manager would ring me, she never did! I did get a refund, but I had to spend another £200 elsewhere putting my hair right. I would recommend Reflections for a decent cut and for a pleasant experience, but NOT for colour, and be aware their prices have gone up! I will not be back !!

   I am a very anxious person especially when it comes to my hair so I have been DIY-ing my haircuts for 5/6 years. I felt so comfortable in this salon and all the staff were kind, approachable and understanding. They put me nearer the back of the salon so it was darker and quiter which I appreciated and were checking in to see if I was still comfortable or if I needed a break regularly. I love my haircut and the hairdresser Kate really listened to what I wanted. This salon has earned themselves a loyal customer.

   I went for my regular 6 weekly hair colour, cut and styling with Poppy this morning. I am pleased with my hair as always. Poppy takes notice of what I want, cuts my hair to perfection and a visit to Reflections in Keynsahm is always a lovely relaxing experience. Poppy doesn't seem to mind me wittering on and I received lots of compliments from my husband and fellow dog walkers when I got home.

   Everyone understands how vital it is to find a hairdresser that won’t make you despair the minute you rush home to wash it out and say , I’ll cut it all off and start again!!! Well I have found my perfect hairdresser that understood my hair straight away, cut it exactly right and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. All for an excellent price with nhs discount. What more could anyone wish for. Highly recommended.

   Reflections, Keynsham is a lovely, friendly, modern salon and is very clean and welcoming. Danni carried out a full consultation before washing and cutting my hair. She was very attentive, answering all my questions about curling my hair and explained about the products she was using. I was extremely pleased with the cut and styling of my hair. I would definitely recommend a visit to this salon and I have already booked my next appointment with Danni.

   I would definitely recommend. I have had Danni a few times now. She is fantastic. Really listens to what you want and takes care with your hair. I had a whole head of highlights, with toners and Danni recommended a root smudge to make it more of a natural blond. The cut is fantastic. I roughly said what I wanted with the cut and she did it perfectly. Absolutely love my hair. Thank you again.
