I would thoroughly recommend Sanders Witherspoon. I used them for the sale of my Mum's house and unfortunately lost the first buyer so it was a long process. Sanders and Witherspoon were like a breath of fresh air! Having become a landlord for the first time I found myself a little out of my depth with a tenancy agreement and the procedures that needed to be followed to protect myself and my business. I was recommended a solicitor from a friend (not Sanders and Witherspoon), and unfortunately the recommendation failed to take on board my limited understanding and was very slow to respond to my questions. therefore I searched for a replacement solicitor.
