Friendly, helpful staff who are aware that their customers may need an adapted approach due to disabilities or sensitivities. Rachel is fabulous when it comes to creative cuts and colours. They don’t charge the earth either so for me it’s a win, win, win!
Have had such a lovely cut from Lizzy in the salon. She really took the time to know what I wanted and gave me a perfect haircut (it’s the best I’ve ever had!) really lovely lady and thank you so much!!
Just took my son for a cut and highlights, the hairdresser (Rachel) was lovely, made my son feel comfortable and he's very happy with result, we will definitely use again! Louise was also lovely and came to house to do a patch test when we booked to make sure there would be no issues with reactions to the colouring, very professional. Thank you all
Went to get my cut and she ruined it so badly that I’m shocked she let me out like that and only realised when I got home since they don’t have anywhere to actually see the mirror . They said I can come and get it fixed by the manager. She had cut off an inch for every time she tried to fix the bent haircut and even then she was rude and cocky from the moment I stepped in to get it fixed and tried to blame my hair for being “dyed, like that, moving the wrong way” so not admitting her faults but literally blaming my hair. Everytime it was visibly horrendously bent and I asked for her to try again, she huffed puffed and said comments like “I’m getting agitated” “you are really annoying me” being passive aggressive and patronising so I just decided after she tried 6+ times and was cutting off cm every attempt I went from bum length hair to way above waist length, I have a party to go to and she’s just ruined my hair and on top of of that she was rude aggressive and patronising. AND THIS IS THE MANAGER LIKE WHAT??? The original girl I went to was atleast nice. She was actually the rudest ever. And she was blaming my hair, bear in mind I’m 25 and I’ve been going to salons since I was a child and NOT ONCE HAS MY HAIR BEEN RUINED THIS HORRENDOUSLY BY ANY SALON AND THEN GASLIT AND DISRESPECTED ABOUT IT omg and by THE LITERAL MANAGER. she took so many pics of the times she said “it’s straight” and as you can see it’s obviously not, then she was aggressive in return that she had to fix this mess. WOST SALON IN BRISTOL DONT GO EVEN IF YOUR DESPERATE
Lovely salon. Very professional staff, clean & friendly. I have used this salon for a number of years now & have always been pleased with the results both for myself & for my son who has Autism. I enquired as to if the salon would be aware & mindful of my son’s ASD & possible sensory issues & they were very aware & helpful. This is the first place my son has felt comfortable & willing wanted to get his hair done. He now gets it colored bright colours & cuts every 4 weeks.

I decided to give this salon a try after using another locally that was more expensive and I didn't feel comfortable there, as soon as I went into the Salon I felt much better, everybody seemed so friendly and the prices are reasonable. Up until now I have had my nails done a few times also my eyebrows, I have been very pleased with the results that Emma has made to my nails, they have looked good and lasted well.
