This was my first time here and I had a lovely warm welcome from Lauren. She did an amazing job at cutting and styling my hair. The salon is very bright and welcoming. I am delighted with my hair. It was a very pleasant experience and I enjoyed the hydration treatment too. Lauren was very knowledgeable and friendly and cut my hair as l asked for. The booking process was quick and easy. You can book online with short notice. I will definitely come back. Would recommend.
I was a little nervous going somewhere new, but my old hairdresser changed careers, so I was forced to! This salon is in a convenient location for me and I read that Rob is known for always listening to his client's requests, so I went with him. It was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end, everyone I spoke to was delightful and Rob was lovely. I came out at the end very pleased with the whole experience and my cut and blow dry. Will be going again for sure.
Very lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for me & my daughter. I booked the wrong appointment first of all & they were more than happy to change it to allow for more time to get the hair cut my daughter wanted. I think we had Kaci & she was so good going through the style with my daughter & teaching her how to style it! Can’t recommend the salon enough! Definitely going there for all future appointments.
I was disappointed with the service provided by the hair stylist. During my visit, I observed that he was very impatient with my children, which made us feel uncomfortable. I believe it is important for service providers to be patient and friendly with their clients, especially when working with children. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to improve the customer experience in the future.
I had an amazing curly blow-dry. My hair has never looked so bouncy and full. Sky and the other girls were so lovely, really friendly and professional. Sky has also coloured my hair before - She's amazing. Thanks Sky, see you soon
I decided to make a change with my hair and get curtain bangs. Typically, I am very precious about my hair and I was nervous about getting it done but the hair stylist listened to everything I described and checked in every step of the way to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and was happy with it. I loved the hair cut and enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend and I will be returning.
Really recommend Reflections in Bradley Stoke. Lauren was lovely, very kind and cut my hair beautifully, and explained to me everything she was doing and what was best for my hair. I will definitely be coming back. I don't like having my hair cut as have had many bad experiences at other places, but I left very happy and so glad I finally found a great hairdressers!
This was my first time visiting the salon to get my little boy's hair cut and I cannot recommend them enough. Lauren was very understanding as my little one didn't want to cut his hair and he was having a hard time, but she did such an amazing job and was very kind and patient with us. My little boy was happy with his haircut when she was done and is now showing off his hair to everyone! All the staff at the salon was super friendly and welcoming.
