   Went for a cut as a model. Expected it to take longer as the girl was a trainee, and she did very well indeed with the cut. But, the owner kept interrupting her efforts, asking her to do other things like take money from customers or put colour on other clients hair so, through no fault of the trainee, it took a very long time to finish. I wasn't impressed (this had never happened anywhere else) and as this was my first time there it didn't encourage me to want to return and become a regular client. Although I arrived on time I was left sitting for half an hour on arrival on a wash basin seat right at the end of the shop (not the comfy sofa at the front of the shop), literally staring at the brick effect wallpaper with no offer of a drink or something to read. Nor was I told when I would be seen. On the plus side, staff, when they did turn thier attention to me, were friendly and personable.

   Amazing hairdressers. Very friendly but also professional . Really treat you as an individual and find out what you want but willing to give advice and share their knowledge and experience. Despite having the choice of many local hairdressers- i wouldn't go anywhere else.
