   Mark Goreham was our solicitor on the sale of our property on Victoria Road. We had several sales fall through and a difficult lease renewal to do, but, through it all Mark, guided us remained calm, when we were getting frustrated, kept our spirits up and was so very kind and professional through it all. I have moved and bought properties over the years but I can easily say Mark has been the best! He was always on the end of the phone and always answered our emails and queries straight away. He worked fast and diligently and know matter how busy he was, ( I know he had many other clients ) he always made us feel like we were the only ones and gave us as much time as we needed to discuss and understand any issues we may have had.
