I had my hair chopped by the owner Sarah. She did a huge mistake with my hair. Didn’t want to Listen to me, and refused twice to rectify her huge mistake. So I had to pay more and go to a different hairdresser to have my hair snorted.. I was a valued customer at Bi-design, but not now. She was lazy.
Bi design is a small friendly hairdressers in Queens Road Keynsham I well recommend it if you like friendly banter while you have your hair done or your nails. And though I am looking forward to having my hair done tomorrow I shall be sad because of covid-19 and they will be shutting later tomorrow.
Such a experienced friendly and welcoming team of fabulous lady's, very professional and talented . These times we are in now with covid, standards and guide lines followed and yet still felt welcoming and warm hearted . To come out with such a fabulous hair puts a smile back on our faces . I would definitely recommend you book a appointment.
Absolutely wonderful people here! They made me feel right at home, offered me tea and coffees and made sure I was all ok through my visit. They did a stellar job! Will definitely be back!
Went there to get my hair ombre’d red, was told I needed a “strand test” as my hair is too dark. They then backcombed my hair and cut the hair ready for the strand test, they’d bleach one of it and the other bleach and dyed red to see how it would show up. The lady then asked me to leave my phone number with them and they will give me a call when it’s ready... It’s been 2 weeks and no calls. my mother then called them a few days later and the lady said she’d let her know to call me, but again i never got any call from them. *Just a heads up, not everyone wants a blonde ombré*
