   We had a pleasant and straightforward experience. Put us at ease from start to finish, explained everything in a simple to understand manner so we could decide the best option. I initially rang to set up a visit, which was in the comfort of our own home. We set up a meeting for the second visit at the end of the first. Second visit went through paperwork and was exactly as planned. Overall very pleasant experience and we highly recommend and have already recommend James to two people.

The advice and clarity provided (without any sales pressure at any point) made this a smooth and painless process. It is important to emphasise that I have no prior knowledge or association with TLC and this review is based 100% on our interactions with them. They were, professional, timely, and very kind. I must highlight James and his style and professionalism throughout.    Having drawn up our wills over twenty years ago, we now needed to completely review the content and revise our inheritance plans. As we also required expert guidance on several issues regarding future decision making, including power of attorney, we determined to find new service provider who could meet our specific needs. After a great deal of research, we decided to go with The Legacy Company who offered us the chance to meet with one of their advisors in our own home at a time that suited our preferences and at a cost that we felt was very reasonable. We had two meetings with our advisor James McPhail. We found him to be highly personable and professional. He was incredibly knowledgeable and we learnt a great deal about finances, taxes and so forth, which to date we had had little understanding. He took the time to ensure that were fully aware the processes and he gave us clear guidance, while allowing us to feel able to discuss all aspects of our future wishes. Throughout the process we felt that our thoughts and deliberations regarding our wishes were handled with dignity and respect. We are now confident that we made the right decision and would highly recommend The Legacy Company and of course James.
