   Very professional cleaning company. I pay them the same rate that other much larger companies charge yet Xcelclean deliver a much better, more flexivbe and more punctual service. I have used them dozens of times for holiday let and deep cleans and very happy. So much better than other cleaning companies I have tried so far.

   I was recommended to use this service before my house went on the market as tenants want professional high cleaning standards. Well I went to check the house after this "professional " clean and I was shocked I had to pay for this service I could have done much better myself. I didn't see anywhere a professional standard of cleaning and was surprised the tenant didn't complain about it, I sure would have.

   I would not recommend at all Lucie is rude. I would avoid at all costs! I have been using this company for months having my house cleaned on a weekly basis and have noticed recently the cleaner was turning up late and not doing the job up to standard. This company class themselves as professional, reliable and 100% satisfaction guaranteed this was certainly not the service I received. I reported to Lucie a few weeks ago about my concerns that the cleaning was not up to standard, things not getting done, the cleaner constantly turning up late which appeared to be happening every week now. However the cleaner always managed to leave on time! I am extremely disappointed that when I have reported this to Lucie on more than one occasion she responds I don’t know, I am not there with the cleaner, if you have an issue tell the cleaner speak with her when she is there! This coming from the “boss” of the cleaning company is alarm bells. Lucie boasts about how good her cleaning company is but didn’t want to take any responsibility when I made her aware of the cleaning not being up to standard. The videos and pictures I sent Lucie showed the build up of dust which has made me aware the cleaner has not only been cleaning to a high standard recently but has not for months. The cleaner attended my house last week and as soon as she left, I went around my house to look at what she had done after realising she had not hoovered or dusted one room! That’s when I realised I have been paying for a service for months that has not been getting done! Lucie then had the audacity to message asking for payment even after I sent her all these videos to which she advised me on the phone she was disgusted that her cleaner had attended my house that day and that’s how it was left. I will not be paying for a service that was certainly not carried out to anywhere near a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. After attending my house once or twice they started to slack and get lazy they expect to be paid for not doing their job!!
