Fantastic hair salon with extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, always over the moon with the cuts. but i was a bit disappointed that Faith in Nature conditioner was being used when my curly cut cost £90. A bit disappointing having a conditioner that costs less than a tenner and i know doesn’t work for me being used on my hair in a pricy service. I also spent £20 on their long awaited land and sea gel which i was really excited about , but the pump broke as soon as i tried to use it for the first time. Not a cheap product so was disappointed when it broke after one use.

I had a bad experience here. The American woman who cut my hair wouldn't stop talking even though I had requested no talking. I have sensory issues with constant communication and did not feel comfortable. Also she cut my hair in an awful way. It was the worst haircut I have ever had and completely not what I asked for. Another hairdresser who just does what they want to my hair. Absolutely disgusted now I think back on it. They only gave me half my money back even though I sent them a letter explaining how the experience was bad . I sent a long email with photos. They offered me another haircut there but I am not comfortable in that environment now and will not be going back. I think this place pretends to be hippie and welcoming and they are doing a pretty good job at it too. But in reality they are just another common hairdresser who don't really care.

I absolutely love this salon and the products they use. I had the most amazing time with Jarrah. She refreshed my green color beautifully and made me feel so welcomed. We had such great conversations too. I’ll definitely be back!

I had booked in with Jarrah, the apprentice hair stylist and I was SO IMPRESSED. It was a really fun and relaxing experience, felt very warm and personable. There was no hard sell and she really took the time to make me feel comfortable and understand my hair. The products they use are natural and kind to hair. The results were great! I love my cut!

Went to the salon to get my hair dyed copper. Ended up leaving with black roots and red ,orange and yellow in the rest of my hair. The back was red while the front was many different shades. They were nice enough to offer to rectify my roots by giving me a smudge. However once I got home I saw the true extent of my hair. I should have known something was wrong when the lady who washed my hair out mentioned how red the back was in comparison to the rest. I messaged the salon privately and sent photos of my hair, to which I was offered again to smudge the roots out. Which I appreciated but the roots was just one of many problems. The owner of the salon also called me, she told me how the colour they were going to use on my hair was out of stock and the hair dresser was also quite unwell that day (so why do my hair to begin with?!). She also kept offering to smudge out my roots, which I declined as I have since dyed my hair back brown. She told me how disappointing that is as they ‘could have made my hair really nice but it’s a shame I had to dye it back brown’. While speaking to the owner she also mentioned that getting my hair the colour I desired would typically take multiple salon visits, yet this was not something mentioned during my consultation. My hair was so many different colours and it was embarrassing to walk around like that, it looked as if I did a diy job at home. To top it off they even ended up bleaching the t shirt I was wearing. Paid £155 to have such a disappointing experience, which is a shame as I had been growing my natural hair out for the past 2 years.

Had a great cut at this salon, my hair isn't tight curls but they listened to what I wanted and gave me a cut that meant minimal effort but enhances my waves. Lovely little salon and really friendly stylists. Price was very reasonable, will defined be coming back. Thank you ☺️

Fabulous hairdressers! It's so difficult to find hairdressers who really understand curly hair and know how to cut it but Renée is definitely one of them! A real find. She listens to what you want and does exactly that, along with using her wonderful home-made herbal hair products designed especially for curly hair. Curly Girls you know where to go! Can highly recommend.
