I used the exchange to help my child develop their coping skills as they have behavioural difficulties, the exchange were very friendly, understanding and sympathetic during the initial assessment, they then sent the counsellor to my child's school and I cannot express just how thankful I am as they helped our family during an extremely difficult time, my child still speaks of the service positively and how the experiences they had during sessions have helped, Highly recommend and Thank you so much, the work you do is so important and you are greatly appreciated.

It is so called therapists like these that put people off asking for help. I was put through to these by the nhs. Text me back 2 months ago asking me to telephone I managed to speak with a female, we discussed my schedule and I was promised that there was one lady that did evening appointments and that appointments come up regularly and that I would hear further in due course. Fast forward two months and I had a random cold call 7:05 pm off a female with a strong accent. She was from these and expected to go through a 30-40 minute assessment asking some extremely intrusive and personal questions. I really didn’t feel comfortable and when I enquired about the cold call (when I was given a opportunity to speak) I asked why the cold call and the response was that’s what we do we don’t tell you in advance. Turns out the female back in November told me incorrectly that there is evening appointments. In the end after about 10 minutes the female got the message and ended the call saying I’d hear in 3-6 weeks. Fast forward to the next day and I had another random call off someone claiming to be a manager, she was rude and unsympathetic. In the end I just hung up.
