   I had the worst experience at this salon. Starting with the awful hair wash. It seemed as though the woman wanted to detach my head from my neck! Very uncomfortable vigorous and extremely un relaxing hair wash ever! I sat in the chair, Heather came over and asked what I wanted. That was the only communication that went on between me and the stylist. She then talked all the way through my haircut to the woman who shampooed my hair, totally ignoring me in the chair.Almost shouting the whole time in my ear. She finished the cut and said the price to the receptionist. I paid, leaving a tip (as it's expected) it was only then that Heather finally acknowledged me by saying Thank You. When I got home, I had to finish the cut myself as it was so poorly done. I asked for a fringe to be cut in. Which she did so terribly that I had to finish it of myself. Also, the receptionist asked everyone else in the salon if they wanted a drink (obviously regular customers) but totally ignored me. I would recommend staying well clear of this salon. The most terrible customer service and haircut I have ever experienced!

   No matter where I have moved to in Bristol I have continued to go here since being a student about 6 years ago! I love it here they always get my hair just how I want it, really lovely ladies and so complimentary once it's done too. 100% recommend!

   Did such a beautiful job of highlighting my daughters hair,, that i booked myself in for a trim,,first time in years I've not been to a barber and had a no 3,, did a lovely close ,choppy pixie type cut,wash,blow dry... there is disabled access as im disabled,,its level,, and there is parking outside the shops themselves ,normally theres a space abput,,but you'll always find somewhere close by in neighbouring streets to park up if distance is an issue..also bus stop almost in the doorstep... anyway lovely shop,professional and lovely lady's..x
