   I had an appointment but when I got there they didn't seem interested and just left me waiting for nearly 15 minutes, no apologies offered. I just didn't feel any confidence in the place. There's no waiting area so I was left waiting with my head inside a dryer! They clearly aren't that interested in new customers at all, I didn't feel welcome and so just walked out. Glad I did, I won't be going back. Looks like they need a makeover as the place is scruffy and the staff don't care if you're there or not.

   Was a walk in to get a trim and waited until the next available person. A girl was in there and I watched her last customer leave with some kind of terrible, choppy bowl cut with curtains so I quickly asked someone else who was about to finish if they had space as their cut was really good. The girl came over and I explained that I was waiting for someone else and she got a real attitude on her and huffed to the back of the shop where she whispered to another member of staff who then looked at me. The other lady said she had another appointment so I thought just try this girl, it's only a trim. But she was huffing and puffing and slamming things down and pulled the chair out hard - that kind of behaviour. I asked if she was alright because it didn't seem so and she said yeah but then made faces right in front of me to the member of staff and I explained there was no way she would be cutting my hair. She pulled the towel off me and walked off. She was about 15 so I would put it down to a teenage strop but am I glad I didn't let her near me with a pair of scissors! The other 2 women were doing a fantastic job, shame really

   Very professional & friendly staff. Probably the best experience I've had in a hairdresser in years! Great cut. Would've paid double the price in salons nearby, I bet. Highly recommend.

   Very unhappy with my hair cut! I wanted a short cut but was told that what I wanted was too short and was told to go longer! I didnt realise that they shut at 4pm so went it at 3:40 but was told they could fit me in but it felt rushed and like I was a burden on them for wanting my hair cut, I asked if it would be easier for me to come back another day but I was told no it's fine I'll just do it now. I personally had a bad experience here and would never go back again. I have spent more in the long run because I had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed!. I personally wouldn't recommend this place. I'm very upset that I got to spend more in the long run just to get the end result I wanted in the first place

   I've been twice now, paid about 32 for a wash cut and blow dry. No need for an appointment. Both cuts were good but today's was very very rough with my head. The most uncomfortable hair wash in my life

   Really lovely ladies... prices are much cheaper than anywhere else I know and great value for money. Always really happy with results and really impressed with whoever does my hair. I always recommend to friends and family and I have been coming here for years.
