    I never write reviews because I don’t have the time or inclination if I’m honest but I have to make an exception for TS Bristol. Jess puts you at ease the moment you step through the door. Her warm and professional manner is indicative of the professional service that follows. She’s so professional but warm and chilled. I was a bit of a nervous client and I am so happy with my cut and colour (colour fix). Rosie and Taylor are very talented in their respective areas. I came in very upset and left the salon feeling on top of the world. It wasn’t just the talent but the way they managed my expectations. I expected not too bad but what I got surpassed all my expectations. I intend to bring my whole family (6) for their hair care needs. Also the hair care/product advice is incredible useful. They’re not trying to sell you stuff. They give free expert advice on the product range. Highly recommend.

    I came here for a cut and blow dry in need of a freshen up and Rosie was fantastic. She made me feel totally at ease and asked me lots of questions to make sure the cut was exactly what I was after. She gave me some great tips and advice on how to make sure the style I was after was just right and used some great products for my hair type and a blow dry that made my hair look the best it had in years. The salon itself is so spacious and gorgeously decorated - I will definitely be returning. I can’t recommend Rosie or the salon enough.
