   Absolutely appalling service from Skylark Hill Solicotors. This is by far the worst solicitor firm by far, the most unprofessional legal firm I have ever dealt with. Anna Patel, the principal solicitor, repeatedly provided inaccurate information, made numerous errors, and displayed a complete lack of professionalism throughout the process. Deadlines were consistently missed, key details were mishandled, and communication was unreliable. The service I received was chaotic from start to finish. In addition, I was significantly overcharged, and the explanations given for the extra fees were unreasonable and unsupported. It appeared that the firm prioritized profit over providing competent legal representation. Some of the conduct I encountered was also deeply concerning and, at times, felt discriminatory. I left each interaction feeling disrespected and disheartened by their attitude. I would strongly advise others to avoid this firm. Based on my experience, Skylark Hill Solicitors demonstrated dishonesty, poor integrity, and an overall lack of fitness to represent clients professionally.

   I've dealt with numerous solicitors throughout the years and this firm has by far been the worst. First, the solicitor sent an email which did not outline all the documents needed to proceed with the deed poll. After I sent in the documents that were in the email she asked for another, which is fine, but I wanted to have everything in writing and checked over by another firm that I've been with for years. I'm visually impaired so I need someone else to look over everything to ensure there are no mistakes and I wasn't entirely confident with the Skylark Hill solicitor. She refused to send her plan in writing and told me to check with my solicitor and get back to her. I called Skylark Hill back after talking to my solicitor and spoke to the same solicitor there who then told me she couldn't help. I feel like the service did not match the cost since they were asking for nearly 300 pounds and it was all just handled very poorly. Very unprofessional - I do not recommend this firm.

Jignesh was quick to reply, thoroughly efficient in his work and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish during a stressful time. By the time some larger firms had got back to us to quote on the work, he’d already done it!
