Came in today as a new client. Haven't had a professional haircut for years and was a little apprehensive about it. Felt immediately welcome, no pressure, no telling me off for cutting my own fringe, just an easygoing and welcoming vibe. Karen then gave me a wonderful haircut, listened to everything I wanted & brought her ideas in where I wasn't sure, and I felt comfortable and informed throughout my cut. I’m not one to complain or write negative reviews especially as they were friendly, but my review is solely based on the end result. My daughter had her hair styled today for her big prom day, she showed Sara a picture of what she wanted which Sara’s words were ‘big bouncy curls’ (picture of said curls attached) but what she ended up with was not a curl in sight. She also styled some big horns into the front of my daughter’s hair which just looked weird. My daughter was very upset and when we got home we had to completely restyle her hair. It is very disappointing as we paid a professional to style her hair (which isn’t cheap) and she didn’t get anywhere near the style she wanted. Ive attached a picture of what she asked for and what we ended up with.
Donna did an absolutely amazing job on my hair - I've had several box dyes before and my hair wasn't in great shape. She listened to everything I said and talked me through every step. I absolutely love my hair and she did such an amazing job. Will definitely be back to see Donna
Had my son's first haircut here today with Carla. I was dreading it because he is 2 and not very patient, but she was amazing with him and did a great job. The salon is very welcoming and professional.

I had my haircut couple of months ago here and I was very happy with it. I’m now planning to go back for another one :) Sara was very friendly and chatty and before she done anything she made sure that she knew exactly what I want. She also was very helpful in advising what might be best for my type of hair. I highly recommend her.
