   Had my hair done by Charley Kirby today.I had an amazing experience at this salon! The team was incredibly polite, attentive, and really catered to exactly what I wanted.    It was Tuesday today when I visited this salon for the first time, just off chance. Fortunately, one hour later I was able to be fitted in for a wet cut. I have medium type curly hair and a calf lick in my fringe. After a thorough chat with a lovely girl called Maisie, she was able to refresh the layers and face framing parts in my hair and brought a troublesome calf lick fringe under control so it just seemed to fit in nicely with the other hair. We chatted concerning each separate stage before progressing. I appreciated the caring, patient attitude of this stylist and was really happy with the result of the hair cut. I am trying to grow my hair a bit longer. Enough was taken off my hair to let the curl bounce back but not so much that it was obviously shorter than before. Well done Maisie I really appreciated your work on my hair, thankyou!.

   I had a great experience today! Charley made me feel very welcome and gave me a great haircut, asking questions to make sure she knew what I wanted. She gave good styling advice too, and some product tasters for me to try. Also nice to have the option of a wet cut without the blowdry, as it saved some money. I'll come back again.

   Ive been to reflection's over the last year just getting my roots done and have always been happy with the result. I had grown my hair out really long and had been taking care of it but decided i wanted long layers and a trim. I booked a wet cut and blow-dry. When i went in i had someone different to who i usually have and she did the wet cut and looked like she knew what she was doing. Then to my surprise she said she had finished and that id only booked a wet cut not a blow dry as well which is what i thought i had booked and she was pretty blunt and said she didn't have time and neither did anyone else in the salon but i ignored that paid and left with wet hair. When i came home and blowdried my hair it was absolutely butchered i don't know how someone can mess up this bad but the ends of my hair were thinned out and chunks of my hair was missing i was gutted. I instantly went back and asked for a refund which they gave me no questions asked and then i waited for someone to fix it. I want to shout out abbey who usually does my hair and she fixed it for me and did a really good job but we did have to take off a good 4inches. But yh would absolutely not go back here to get my hair layered all of the other times ive been to the salon have been fine and the other girls are lovely but i cant lie i am very upset after working so hard on my hair and having to chop so much off :/ The last pic is how long my hair was before it had to be cut

   Fantastic friendly efficient service provide by the staff, the stylist listen to how I would like my restyle and done a fantastic cut which I was extremely happy with. All staff were excellent in their customer service. The environment was friendly, clean, tidy and efficient. I very much enjoyed the experience, great value for money and will be delighted to visit again when the time comes.

   Had the pleasure of having the lovely Abbey do my hair and the outcome was amazing!! My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it, and she was very kind! She was also very welcoming, I didn’t feel awkward at any point either! I am so impressed by my hair and I will definitely be sticking with her! She did such an amazing job, I will never go to another hairdresser now! So so so pleased :)

   On the 17th of November I had a wet haircut with Stacey.I asked for a short blunt bob. Down below are the results.Awfull haircut! So many layers that haven’t been cut at the same level! I simply think that if she wasn’t able to do a blunt haircut what about other complex ones ? Or colouring?? And bleaching the hair there? Never again!!!!
