Nina is an excellent professional. She took her time to explain everything about my hair, and even though I was very nervous at first, the moment I listened to her I immediately felt confident. Absolutely love this salon! Had my hair coloured and blow dried by Nina and she was amazing- super friendly, polite, and really professional. Communication was great from start to finish, and she made sure I was happy every step of the way. The colour turned out exactly how I wanted, and the blow dry was perfect. I've also been to Ben before for a haircut and blow dry- he's really good too. Super skilled, easy to talk to, and just knows what he's doing. Honestly, the whole vibe of the salon is great. Friendly people, professional service, and you always walk out feeling fresh. Highly recommend!
I had my ‘wedding guest hair up’ done at BME salon and I could not have been happier. The salon and staff so welcoming and friendly. I loved my hair, and I had so many wonderful compliments, and it lasted beautifully all day. Thank you so much :) if I’m ever back in Bristol I’ll be back!
Appalling customer service. I was very disappointed with my second haircut and contacted BME on their website. I was expecting at least a courtesy call back. After a couple of days I phoned to check they had received my message and they said yes and the manager would contact me. I have not heard since. This was two weeks ago. The stylist said she had done what I had asked for but she did not. It was hard to tell as she blow-dried straight my curls. I wanted lots of layers from the top and less volume at the bottom and I was given an A shaped haircut which is exactly what I did not want. For £65 that was very poor value and really unprofessional customer service.
I had my haircut at BME and really enjoyed my experience. Siana cut my hair, she was lovely and super helpful with tips on how to manage my hair. She really listened to what I wanted and was so down to earth and easy to have a quick conversation with. I had a really relaxed time and the salon is beautiful. Thank you again Siana! X
BME Salon is a friendly welcoming environment. Ben goes above and beyond to look after clients. He took me from a Brunette to a Blonde in my first visit and I have always gone back since. I look forward to seeing what he does for my wedding hair I don't think would trust another Hairdresser.
Gorgeous boutique style, lovely calm salon! Ben is a master at covering my 'glitter strands' so my colour is always great and has steered me away from potential cut disasters with excellent advice - everything one could wish for in a stylist! I never get split-ends and love the smell of the products available through BME!
Ben is a truly great hairdresser , he is great at finding a style that suits your hair and lifestyle and has certainly sorted out my colour to a much more flattering shade!!! The salon is lovely and everyone is very welcoming and I am always very well looked after each time I visit. Highly recommended !
