I attended the Gel nail course on 16th June and I have never been so disappointed. The location was an extremely cold village hall. The equipment was provided however there was no option of any PPE. The equipment they did provide included worn down nail files, leaked bottles of gel and poor quality brushes. We were given a brief tutorial on application and then left to our own devices. Nobody came round to offer support, advice or guidance during our practice time. We were then talked through the removal process and that was the end. Definitely not the high quality level of training and support they discuss on their website. I am utterly disappointed and have no benefited from the training at all. I would have been just as educated from watching a YouTube tutorial. I was told I couldnt change days for my course as I was already enrolled, however we have 12 months to complete the course and the tutor was an employee, so I dont see why this couldn't have been changed without a £25 fee as I did give a fair amount of notice. I was really looking forward to this course, and I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I've emailed the salon so I am hoping there will be a response soon explaining why this course was believed to have been acceptable. Emailed the training school 4 weeks ago.. still not even any acknowledgment!!
I recently completed a nail course with Fusion Hair & Beauty Training School and whilst everyone was very friendly and polite I feel the course itself didn't involved alot of practising. I felt there wasn't enough time to cover everything. I have to now complete a case study to qualify and obtain my certificates, however it is a struggle as there want enough training. When approaching the company the only response I've had is to buy there starter packs so to spend more money. I have found more support on you tube videos. I am now looking to get a 121, which really I shouldn't need to do after spending alot of money for this course. Feeling disappointed with the outcome of the course and the aftercare considering I have to do this case study. I probably wouldn't recommend training through them.
Thank you so much for all your help with booking my courses and for advice over the phone. It is so daunting retraining in a different field at my age and you have really eased my concerns. I am looking forward to training with you over the next couple of months and have already recommended you to others.
Disgusting and disappointing levels of customer service booked a course through a Groupon and have been ignored to then be told they are on holiday but no automatic response. Contacted Groupon and can not have a refund as they have redeemed voucher???? Cheek of it as I have been cancelled off the course. I wouldn't bother I would book else where and get a standard of customer service you deserve. If this is how they treat new business I'd hate to think how they treat students. I am going to consumer rights and will be getting my refund.
