What an absolutely lovely experience. I am someone who has avoided the hairdressers for a while....Adrianne made me feel so comfortable as if I was chatting with a friend. What a lovely experience with a very experienced and capable hairdresser. I cannot recommend enough. I felt listened to and cared for. What a lovely surprise to find such a wonderful place. Do go along if you are nervous about the whole experience. You will be listened to and treated with respect and care.

Just had my second blow dry with Neo, he really is an artist. The first one I had lasted 5 days and I can honestly say it was the best blow dry I’ve ever had. My hair was silky smooth and so shiny. ( I have very frizzy unmanageable hair) highly recommend his services, he offers blow drys in block payments with a discount. Very friendly welcoming salon.

I had a deep hair conditioning treatment today, which included a hair wash, with two masks applied, a head rub and a French plait to finish. Adrienne made the treatment very relaxing and therapeutic and the treatment itself only cost £10, I cannot recommend enough. I’ve booked in again in a months time, I cannot wait to see the results on my hair when I take it out the plait tomorrow :)

The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is that I have had a good hair cut here myself before today. Today the customer service was appalling. Having been told before that they don't do children's hair on Saturdays I thought I'd call anyway on the off chance. I was pleasantly surprised that the lady on the phone said yes, she could fit in two haircuts for my 4 and 7 yr olds (I told her their ages) at 11.30. I had morning plans so my husband arranged a neighbour to look after our two girls, woke the baby early from his nap and headed down Glos Rd with the three boys. Only to be told when he arrived that the hairdresser we had booked with couldn't fit them in any longer because the client before us "had really long hair". There was no option to wait, no apology from the manager, a sheepish suggestion from the receptionist to try across the road, and a quick "we did try to call you" - yes at 11.25am when my husband was already parking up! There was no acknowledgement of the huge inconvenience, massive waste of time. My husband and I had planned to book ourselves in for hair cuts very soon, but now we shall not be returning. Green Room just lost a large family of paying customers. By their blasé attitude, business must be going too well for them to care!

Service is brilliant - friendly and professional, never been kept waiting and they always follow my requests really carefully.
