   Had a really bad haircut from here and it was very expensive. The haircut was lopsided and 2 inches shorter on one side. The woman also cut me a full fringe that I didn’t ask for at all, I asked for some face framing and even showed her what I meant and it was nothing like the fringe she gave me. I had to go get my haircut somewhere else and they even struggled to know what to do because of how lopsided it was.

   I recently had my hair cut and coloured at Bloggs Salon, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. My stylist Emily did an amazing job with my hair – I'm absolutely in love with the result! Emily worked with some photographs of styles and colour I had seen online and advised accordingly.    I had my hair done here a month or so again. I just wanted a balayage which stated online it started at £89. I went in for a consultation and a patch test where a freehand balayage was suggested, but no test strips were taken. When it came to my appointment all went fine but shortly after I noticed the ends of my hair which have been previously bleached turned very white which looked silly compared the rest of my honey blonde hair. I didn’t notice directly after the appointment but looking back at the photos you can see it’s quite obvious. My stylist didn’t account for changing the duration of time at which she left the bleach on my hair for the lighter bits, which could have avoided this problem as well as reducing the damage to my hair. As it was a free hand, dye is just applied directly to the the hair with no foils so I can’t understand how that warrants such a high cost due to the lack of difficulty involved. Furthermore, if test stops had been used she could have seen how each section of hair would have reacted to the bleach. I went in the next day after calling to show her and she booked me in for a week later to have it toned and fixed free of charge, which I appreciated. However, this was a senior stylist (Rachel) and I paid £200 for this, with no hair cut included, so it was disappointing that I had to go back and have it fixed. I am happy with my hair now but won’t be returning as level of work does not reflect the price.

   Amazing salon, love it. The staff are so welcoming, when I go to get my hair done is it like catching up with friends with the rather significant benefit of great hair when I leave. Great massage chairs to soothe away and stresses from the day while you have your hair washed and head massaged. Fabulous range of drinks available. Comfortable atmosphere. It really is such a 'highlight' to go and I always look forward to my appointments. Thanks to all the Bloggs Team for being fab, especially Joe x

   After my hair was cut badly by another salon, Bloggs were amazing at giving me a cut that helped me gain some confidence back. They were empathetic and compassionate and really took their time to help. The result was amazing too. Such a great cut. Very talented team!

   Have been wearing my hair up in a butterfly clip for years and decided to go for a shoulder length bob. My hair is very fine, straight and flat but Sarah cut it beautifully, with a bit of layering at the bottom and it's hanging well, even after I washed it!! Lovely friendly salon, coping well despite lockdown hassles!

   Becky was amazing. I had a bad hair cut elsewhere and she fit me in last minute to fix it. She really didn't have to as she'd obviously had a busy day and a lot to do but she was more than happy to help and I'm so pleased with the end result. Thank you so much for fixing a disaster !
