My first visit to have cut and foils. A very warm and friendly welcome, staff are lovely and all so friendly. My highlights were fantastic and the cut is awesome, cut with so much care and attention to detail. Highly recommend. Thanks you Bouckleys for making me feel so welcome, I will definitely be back.

For years i've been looking for someone to cut my hair the way i wanted and always left disappointed, until a friend of mine recommended this place! And it's absolutely AMAZING! Great service, very helpful and friendly people, great, quality products! Parking available but limited spaces!
The hairdresser really knew how to use a diffuser but the layers were much too short . Having shown a photo of a previous cut was nothing like this.I now need to grow my hair. . It is now to short touse a curl machine which I said I use, very dissapointing
Maria has just joined the Bouckley's team and she's a really talented and experienced hairdresser. The salon is lucky to get her. She listens carefully to what you want, gives excellent advice about what is right for your hair (as well as what isn't)! I can recommend her whole-heartedly.
Fabulous. Faye spent time sorting out my hair and I am more than pleased. Bit more expensive than my usual but worth it. Also nice cup of coffee and biscuit!
Nice lady Michele had a go at my lockdown coloured hair. Bought it into a more natural tone but lost some of the blonde was trying to maintain. Also found shampoo assistant had allowed dark band of dye into collar of white cardigan jacket. Called back to discuss. Didn’t get a call back. Salon owner made no attempt for eye contact when I turned up. She’d done an ok trim. But felt the interest in resolving both issues very poor. Arranged a few highlights for colour correction. No one offered to dry clean the top. Stained. Sat down. Was completely drained after ten mins of talking about the minor changes needed to hair. A colourist came over and was rude, patronising and completely unnecessary —- which added insult to the issues already experienced. Felt this was a wilful and belligerent attitude that aligned with the neglect on the jacket and general awkwardness. Having paid £140 for hilights that ended up mostly low lights, a damaged new coat and rudeness in trying to resolve. I walked out… upset and generally pd off by this dark haired colourist who was frankly unhelpful and rude. No point going to salon owner. It felt as though she couldn’t care less anyway. …and if the boss allows this vibe to treat customers with indifference and passive aggressive attitude - then you’re not in good hands. Disappointing.
