They are lovely, always kind, polite and understanding. Their job is great. They are really good at what they do.
It's noticeable that during its refurbishment, the owners and tradespeople are not wearing masks or socially distancing. They also park on the pavement outside the shop during the day. Its ironic that people are getting parking tickets in the car park opposite.
