   Ask for Rachel. She worked on my lease extension and the service and communication was excellent. Everything was explained clearly and most importantly in simple terms. I had the impression going through a lease extension was going to be complicated and cumbersome but it turned out to be more straight forward and that's because of Taylor Rose and Rachel.

   MW Solicitors came recommended by my Mortgage Advisor and I am so glad he put me in touch with them. I recently purchased a house and the service I received from Sarah Slade (and Edward Bell) at the Guildford branch was excellent. My previous experience with other solicitors was not the best and I was hugely impressed with the promptness and availability of Sarah and her team in both dealing with my queries and explaining all that was going on with my transactions. I would definitely recommend there services for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service and will definitely be using there services again in the future.

   Shimmee Wong from this firm looked after our house purchase and we couldn't recommend her highly enough. Shimmee answered phone and email queries incredibly promptly (so important!) and proactively kept us informed of next steps and helped us understand the process (we were first time buyers). Nothing was too much trouble. The fixed price was also reassuring, as was Shimmee's cheerful nature and good sense of humour!
