   Movement therapy with Susana is magical. At the begining of the sessions I always feel a little bit shy but as the class develops I feel like I am able to express feelings, I either didnt know I had or I chose to not pay too much attention. By the end of the class I always feel at peace, as if I had expressed something I had to, but didn't know. Try it if you feel anxious, try it if you feel lonley or happy, try it for fun or for curiosity. Susana is a great healer.
