   We had a very bad experience.Not professional at all and only money making business and they lie to you in your face. Beginning Mr. Tranboo talks to you so nicely and will give you confidence that they will solve everything,but once you pay thier fees which was £700 just to send a letter to the agency to get our deposit back. all you do is keep calling them and then they say oh the guy handling ur case has left the job. There is no follow up and we lost £700 fees with them plus our deposit with the agency. So we end up losing money to the agency and this crook solicitors. It would have been better if we didn’t go to them at least would save our hard earned £700.

   Called and asked to get some paperwork signed. The estimated cost was about £20. Went to the office and the receptionist photocopied the paperwork and then told me I need more services with the price start at £150 + VAT STAY AWAY FROM THESE HUSSLERS

   This is probably one of worst Solicitors firm I have ever come across. I telephoned them and arranged to get my ID certified. They advised that that it would cost £10 to get that certified. I also told them I have standard wording from our conveyancers which needs to be used. They agreed. Upon arrival, they taken photo copy of my passport and then I was invited in by one of so-called Solicitor who spoke with strange accent and pretended to be an efficient solicitor. To my surprise he stated that it won't be £10 as you are using wording and this will amount to certification therefore charge will now climb to £50 from £10 with smirk on his face with NO apology. I politely took my passport and left. I then contacted Amin Read Solicitors in St Margaret's who happily certified for £10 with same wording I had requested from MT UK Solicitors. The moral here is that they will rip off unweary customers when ONLY certifying an ID is standard charge of £10. I will consider reporting this to Solicitors regulation authority too.

   I went for a work experience here for over a month and it was incredible. From the moment I began it was evident that they were extremely professional and had a focus on putting the client first. They made sure that I understood that the clients confidentiality was imperative and that their work is handled legally and carefully. The solicitors at the firm were all engaging and hardworking as well as being fun and enjoyable to work with. They were extremely efficient and they were able to teach me a lot of different skills both legal and otherwise. They were an amazing to work for and I would love to do a work experience with them again.
