   Terrible experience. I had told the hairdresser I had been growing out a previous cut that had been much too short elsewhere. I clearly said which parts I do not want short. Well my hair has been hacked it looks terrible, very severe. I said on the day it was too short but there appeared to be a language barrier. Two other members of staff one I believe to be the owner wood have heard but did not step in to help. I felt awkward and left but followed with an email to complain that has been completely ignored. Quite upset and would never return to this salon.

   When I lived in Stoke Gifford I came here to get my hair and nails done. Since moving I have not found another salon that has given me the same care as these ladies did. I will be making special trips back to Stoke Gifford just to get my hair done from now on.

   Standard Hairdressers,seemed a bit if you have not been going in there years not over friendly.Call me old fashion but whilst having my hair done around christmas time owner gets out a box of biscuits,offers her long time client one whilst i am sat next to them puts the lid back on and takes them away,its not that i really wanted one, but out of pure politeness did not feel the christmas spirit tbh.Oh well i suppose if you have been going there years you will be well look after.To many hairdressers out there to try.That will make me feel more welcome for the money you are spending .Good luck
